Here is a perfect analysis of not only our own lips, but every lip shape there is. 

Full lips
Women with curvy, voluptuous lips like Angelina Jolie and Scarlett Johansson are "courageous and self-assured," There's nothing more gorgeous than having perfectly symmetrical lips, and they make you look exceptional and irresistible.

Makeup tip: In order to keep these lips soft and sultry and not take any attention away from the rest of your face, stick with a simple lip moisturizer, like Lipz Blushing Pink lip gloss. Having naturally full lips means you don't need a ton of lip liner (or at all, really). You could also just apply a bit of colour without overdoing it in nude or light tones.

Wide lips
Women with wide, stretched lips like Julia Roberts and Anne Hathawayare "lively and have a large circle of friends with many different interests.  As a perfectionist, you are very successful and talented, and you like to determine your own fate.

Makeup tip: "It's either all or nothing for this lip shape.  First, use a lip pencil and draw just inside your natural lip line, stopping right inside the corners of your mouth. Then use a light lip balm for day and a dark matte lip stain going into night.

Round lips          
Women with button-shaped lips like Rachel Bilson and Drew Barrymore are "interested in exploration" and a little bit rebellious and flirtatious.  You are easy on the eyes, and people are naturally drawn to you because of your "vivacious charm mixed with your risque fashion sense.

Makeup tip: Keep the sex appeal going with totally pouty lips. Stay on the glossy side by applying a colored lip gloss to both lips.  If you want to extend your natural lip shape, you can apply your lip liner just beyond the outer corner of your mouth.

Thin lips
Women with thinner lips like Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson tend to be "intuitive, sensitive and detail-oriented".  You are sweet natured, but it can come off as being shy and reserved at times. You should stick to glossy nudes on your lips to accentuate what you have and to balance out your facial features.

Bow-shaped lips

Downward-turned lips
Women with downward shaped lips like Renee Zellweger and Natalie Portman are private and mysterious. People see you as "exotic and quick-witted,". Your brainy nature is extremely attractive, but you are also a picky person and can be hard to please.

Makeup tip: Sheer, neutral colors look best on you. You could start off by filling in your lip with a neutral-toned lip liner and topping it with a sheer lipstick for a brilliant finish.
